As some other reviews have written, this book is fairly basic. If you have read or studied buddhism before, you probably won’t get much out of this book.
My problem with this book is that the author talks about throwing a lamp at her husband. Not very calm. I understand that we all have moments that we are not proud of, but this is extreme. Instead of trying to make amends, she talks about how she shouldn’t have done it because then her husband did not want to talk! Perhaps she is trying to be funny; I don’t find this funny and I have a hard time taking advice from a “buddhist” or anyone who can’t control herself.
